Tutti i media ne parlano: SHAKEJOB
Il 15 novembre 2017 è stata presentata alla stampa Shakejob, l’innovativa App di Openjobmetis dedicata al settore Horeca. L’evento, che si è svolto presso il ristorante Nordic Grill di Milano ha visto impegnati in incontri ‘one to one’ con i numerosi giornalisti intervenuti l’AD Rosario Rasizza, la Responsabile di Progetto Daniela Pomarolli e i giovani business ideator Alberto Brianza, Alessandro Roveda, Andrea Corsini e Carlo Gravina. La stampa ha dimostrato molto interesse verso la nuova piattaforma e la storia di successo che ha visto concretizzarsi in realtà il sogno dei 4 giovani neolaureati. L’AD Rasizza ha così commentato: “Shakejob è uno strumento in cui crediamo molto, e la scelta, la sfida di fungere da incubatori, sviluppando il progetto internamente all’azienda non è affatto casuale. Abbiamo messo in campo tutto il know how e le competenze dei nostri manager con l’obiettivo di realizzare il progetto”.

On November the 15th Shakejob was introduced to the press, the innovative App of Openjobmetis dedicated to the Horeca sector. During the event, which took place at the Nordic Grill restaurant in Milano, the CEO Rosario Rasizza, the Project Manager Daniela Pomarolli and the young Businnes Ideator Alberto Brianza, Alessandro Roveda, Andrea Corsini and Carlo Gravina had some “one to one” meeting with many reporters. The press was very interested in the new platform and in the success story which made the 4 young graduates’ dream become a reality. The CEO Rasizza commented: “Shakejob is a tool in which we trust: the choice, the challenge to act as incubators, developing the project inside the Company, is not a coincidence at all. We deployed our full know-how and all the skills of our Managers in order to complete the project”.
Openjobmetis sul grande schermo
Openjobmetis fa il suo primo ingresso nel mondo del cinema con un’operazione di product placement. Il logo dell’azienda sarà presente infatti all’interno del film “Il Premio” scritto, diretto e interpretato da Alessandro Gassmann. Il film è prodotto da Fulvio e Federica Lucisano ed è una produzione Italian International Film con Vision Distribution. L’operazione ha consentito di sviluppare una complessa macchina comunicativa che vede le oltre 120 filiali dell’Agenzia farsi promotrici del film già dalle proprie vetrine: per l’occasione è stata ideata una locandina che inviterà il pubblico nelle sale con la seguente call: “Cerchiamo storie di talento. E abbiamo il talento di trasformarle in storie di successo”. Sotto il logo, comparirà invece il temporary claim: “Protagonisti al cinema, protagonisti nel lavoro.”
Openjobmetis on the big screen
Openjobmetis makes its first step in the movie business with a product placement operation. The Company logo will be shown in the movie “Il Premio”, written, directed and played by Alessandro Gassmann. The movie is produced by Fulvio and Federica Lucisano and it is an Italian International Film production with Vision Distribution.
The operation permitted to develop an elaborate PR machine where the over 120 Agency branches started to promote the movie from their own store showcase: for this event a movie poster has been created with the following message “we are looking for talent stories, and we have the talent to make them success stories”. Furthermore, under the logo, a temporary claim will be displayed: “main characters at the cinema, main characters on the job”.

Sono ben 173 le filiali delle Agenzie per il Lavoro associate ad Assosomm, tra cui Openjobmetis, che, nella mattina di sabato 25 novembre, hanno aperto le porte oltre il consueto orario per accogliere tutte le donne che hanno prenotato un colloquio di orientamento professionale. L’iniziativa, giunta alla sua seconda edizione, prende il nome di Filiale in Rosa 2017 ed è stata promossa oltre che con una campagna di visual communication presso le vetrine di tutte le sedi aderenti, anche con una pianificazione mediatica importante: oltre al sito e alla pagina Facebook di Donna Moderna, il magazine femminile più letto e seguito in Italia, anche con una campagna radiofonica su Radio Italia, emittente che si caratterizza proprio per un ascolto fortemente femminile.

On saturday the 25th of November more than 173 branches of the employment Agencies members of Assosomm, including Openjobmetis, worked over time to keep their doors open to welcome all the women who reserved for a career counseling meeting. The action - at its second edition- which is called “Filiale in Rosa 2017”, has been promoted by an advertising campaign of visual communication in the branches showcases, other than a massive media planning: in addition to the website and Facebook page of Donna Moderna, the most followed and widely read women magazine in Italy, also the radio campaign on Radio Italia, a broadcaster with a highly rate of women listeners.
