I numeri di Openjobmetis: i risultati 2017
Venerdì 9 marzo il CDA ha esaminato il Bilancio Consolidato e approvato il Progetto di Bilancio Separato al 31 dicembre 2017. La chiusura dell’esercizio 2017 conferma e consolida l’andamento positivo di tutti i principali indicatori economici e patrimoniali, in crescita rispetto al 2016.
L’AD Rosario Rasizza ha così commentato: “La chiusura dell’esercizio 2017 evidenzia chiaramente performance economiche e patrimoniali in crescita rispetto al 2016. Questi risultati sono il frutto di un mix di fattori, che vanno dalla crescita ormai stabile del nostro Paese, alla fiducia riconquistata da parte delle aziende fino alle scelte strategiche effettuate nel passato che hanno focalizzato il business sul lavoro somministrato, in grande crescita. Oggi, invece, stiamo ponendo le basi per la crescita dei prossimi anni, con nuovi progetti e nuove proposte per il mercato, in linea con l’evoluzione tecnologica e digitale in atto, che porterà a nostro avviso anche un cambiamento nelle richieste di servizi e personale da parte delle aziende”.
The data of Openjobmetis: the results of 2017
On Friday 9th March, the Board of Directors examined the Consolidated Financial Statements and approved the Separate Financial Statements as at 31st December 2017. The closure of the 2017 financial year confirms and consolidates the positive trend of all the main economic and financial indicators, up compared to 2016.
The Openjobmetis’ CEO Rosario Rasizza: "The end of the 2017 financial year clearly shows the increase of economic and asset performances compared to 2016. This is the result of several factors, from the stable growth of our Country, to the re-gained trust of companies, till the strategic choices made in the past that focused the business on the job administration, in great increase. Now, on the other hand, we are laying the basis for the coming years growth, through new projects and new proposals for the market in line with the current technological and digital evolution which, in our view, will also lead to a change in services and personnel requests made by companies".
Star Conference 2018: tutte le novità di Openjobmetis
Martedì 27 e mercoledì 28 marzo, a Palazzo Mezzanotte Openjobmetis ha preso parte all’edizione milanese della Star Conference 2018. Gli incontri dell’AD Rosario Rasizza e del CFO Alessandro Esposti con gli investitori sono stati numerosi nel corso della due giorni, come ricca di temi è stata la nostra sessione plenaria svoltasi il 28 marzo. Il Management di Openjobmetis in tale occasione ha illustrato il mercato di riferimento, la strategia del gruppo e i risultati al 31 dicembre 2017, oltre ai progetti futuri dell’azienda. Nel corso della plenaria, inoltre, è stata presentata la nuova divisione Open Innovation, creata con il supporto di Mind the Bridge - organizzazione che fornisce servizi di consulenza per l'innovazione per aziende e start-up e mostrato il video reportage del Frozen Flashmob della nostra App Shakejob, che ha avuto luogo a Milano sabato 24 marzo nella piazza Gae Aulenti. Attraverso il Flashmob dal titolo ‘Il lavoro nero non ha un buon sapore’ Openjobmetis vuole una volta di più sottolineare il proprio impegno sociale nel contribuire, in modo deciso, al contrasto al lavoro nero, in particolare in un settore come quello della ristorazione in cui questo problema è ancora particolarmente impattante.
Star Conference 2018: Openjobmetis’ news
On Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th March, Openjobmetis took part in the 2018 Star Conference Milan edition at Palazzo Mezzanotte. CEO Rosario Rasizza and CFO Alessandro Esposti had numerous meetings during the two days and, our plenary session held on March 28th was rich of themes too. During this session, the Management of Openjobmetis illustrated the reference market, the strategy of the group and the results as at 31 December 2017, in addition to future projects of the company. Furthermore, the Management presented the new Open Innovation division, created with the support of Mind the Bridge i.e. an organization providing advisory services for innovation addressed to companies and start-ups. In addition, it was presented the video reportage of the Frozen Flashmob related to our Shakejob App, which took place in Piazza Gae Aulenti in Milan on Saturday 24th March. Through the Flashmob, entitled 'Illegal work doesn’t taste good', Openjobmetis wants to emphasize its social commitment to contribute to the fight against black labor, especially in the restaurant sector where this problem is still particularly impacting.
#mentelucidatour: un successo crescente
Grande successo di pubblico e di stampa per la prima tappa del MenteLucidaTour, l’evento itinerante ideato per incontrare gli imprenditori in diverse città. Dopo il tutto esaurito di Brescia nella splendida cornice del Teatro Grande, l’11 aprile sarà la volta di Rimini, presso il Centro Congressi cittadino. Approvazione piena anche da parte delle istituzioni come testimonia la concessione dei Patrocini da parte di Regione, Provincia e Comune ospitante. Obiettivo: affrontare con il pubblico in sala il tema del coraggio necessario per fare impresa. A dialogare sul tema l’AD Rasizza e il celebre psichiatra Paolo Crepet.
#mentelucidatour: a growing success
Great success for the public and the press for the first stage of the MenteLucidaTour, the traveling event designed to meet entrepreneurs of different cities. After the sold out of Brescia at the wonderful Teatro Grande, on 11th April will be the turn of Rimini, at the city Congress Center. Full approval also from institutions, as evidenced by the granting of sponsorship by the Region, the Province and the host municipality. Target: to deal with the topic of the courage needed to do business. To talk on it, Openjobmetis’ CEO the Rosario Rasizza and the famous psychiatrist Paolo Crepet.
